The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, plumbing, manufacturing, or related trades, along with proven leadership and supervisory experience.

Separation By Design is seeking an AR Clerk to support the company’s billing, collections, customer account maintenance, and general office administration functions. This role will assist with preparing and entering invoices, following up on outstanding customer balances, sending customer statements, matching invoices related to sales orders, parts orders, and drop shipments, and supporting front desk duties as needed.This position is onsite and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage both accounting-related tasks and administrative responsibilities in an office environment.
